Oversee the administrative operations of VOA High School including setting the culture and strategic direction to ensure quality service and curriculum delivery. Provide leadership on outreach with external stakeholders including, collaborating with external partners and participating in advocacy work in coalition with other stakeholders. Supervise and provide direction to program leaders to ensure strong outcomes and achieving financial sustainability. Leadership to identify and oversee implementation of new initiatives and pursue opportunities to increase funding.
