NJ Employer Farm Worker in Milford, New Jersey
Anticipated period of employment: 04/10/2024 to 11/30/2024.
1 month experience in pruning, training and harvesting small fruit, tree fruit, and vegetables.
Workers will plant greenhouse crops, irrigate crops, prepare plants for sale, and move crops as necessary. Workers will prune perennial fruit crops outdoors, prepare fields, plant fruit & vegetable crops, irrigate, cultivate, apply pesticides, weed, perform cultural work, harvest, field grade, orchard maintenance, load & unload wagons and trucks, and prepare crops for sale and deliver to market. Perform routine equipment and greenhouse maintenance. Monday-Sunday, weekend work required, start/end times will vary. Days of week worked will vary based on workload.
