Robert Half has an exciting position available for an Accounting Clerk for a well-respected organization. As an Accounting Clerk, you will perform duties such as, matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, data entry and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). This position is a permanent role and is located in the Middletown, Pennsylvania area and offers a remote work option.

Responsibilities

• Perform ACH / EFT specific functions daily from and to applicable systems within prescribed timeframes

• Process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipts, and help with collection of past due balances to support Accounts Receivable

• Balance and reconcile daily ACH transaction activity.

• Provide Customer Support to external clients and members.

  Requirements

Associate degree or higher in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience processing ACH and wire transfers or related banking back-office operations

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills
