SONIFI Solutions, Inc. Field Telecommunications Technician - Cincinnati, OH in Middletown, Ohio

Are you a problem-solving enthusiast with a knack for independent work and a passion for technical resolutions? We're seeking a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Cincinnati area to be the face of our dynamic technical organization, supporting and guiding customers on

SONIFI products. No desk here! Your day will be spent supporting our customers in your region. We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support. Pay range based upon experience between $23 - 28 per hour.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: A technical degree paired with at least one year of relevant experience in High-Speed Internet, Satellite TV, Digital TV, Telecom, CATV, MATV, Head-end, RF, Networking, or Computer Troubleshooting - or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of three years' work experience in these fields.

• Mobility and Adaptability: You'll operate without the confines of a desk, equipped with a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and necessary technical support. While primarily working in your region, occasional travel, on-call duties, overtime, and weekend work may be required to meet service level agreements.

• Customer-Centric Support: You'll engage with our diverse customer base, embodying our commitment to exceptional service in hospitality and healthcare settings. Effective communication and respect for different environments are crucial.

Requirements:

A valid driver's license and safe driving record are essential for utilizing the company vehicle.

Flexibility to accommodate evolving customer priorities and occasional travel outside your immediate area.
