Talent Acquisition Consultant - PS9227KT

Responsible for leading company-wide recruitment efforts for specific professional areas (Medical, IT, Finance, e-Business, etc).

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborates with hiring managers, leadership and HR delivery team in the staffing and selection processes to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented candidates.

  • Mines Internet sites using intermediate sourcing techniques.

  • May solicit and receiving funding for recruitment strategy efforts.

  • Coordinates, represents and participates in recruitment events as required to fill open positions and maintain prospect relationships.

  • May provide technical guidance to more junior level talent acquisition team.

  • Serves as a project team member on staffing projects.

This position can be located at an Anthem office in the states listed below:

Florida, Georgia, Virginia, New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, Minnesota (option to work remotely may be an option if not within a commutable distance to a local Anthem office)

Requires

BA degree;

1 year experience in recruiting and placement of exempt staff;

or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)

Full life-cycle recruiting

Experience with high volume recruiting

Excellent written and communication skills; ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates

Effective time-management abilities

Experience using an applicant tracking database (such as Taleo or similar)

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

Preferred

Experience using Taleo

Experience using PeopleSoft

Experience using web based pre-screening technology (such as Montage or similar)

Health care recruiting experience strongly preferred

Experience supporting high volume staffing initiatives strongly preferred.
