Rosetta the Italian Bakery, has three amazing locations in Miami Beach, with a one-kind concept! Rosetta Bakery is a place where Nutella meets Bombolones, Brie cheese unites with our famous Filoncino, Almond milk immerses into a Cappuccino, and our heart is filled with love from our customers! Rosetta currently has an opening for both Full-Time or Part-Time positions for Front of the house team member (Server/Cashier/ Barista) to join our team. We welcome anyone with an amazing customer service experience providing a welcoming environment to all our customers.
Skills necessary to be successful:
Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking directly with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Willing to go above and beyond to greet all customers upon entering and leaving the store and answer all their questions with a smile and positive attitude.
Good memorization skills to memorize menu items and fillings.
Attention to detail to make sure food display is always stocked and set up to Rosetta Bakery's guidelines.
Maintains a clean and sanitized work area and follows Rosetta Bakery's internal sanitation guidelines.
Follow opening or closing store guidelines
Cashier utilizing POS system, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts
Works as part of the team with both Front and Back of the house and provide support to other team members in their duties
Requires to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for long periods of time.
Must be willing to adhere to Rosetta Bakery uniform policy
Additional duties may be assigned from time to time
Schedule:
We currently have openings for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions in both morning and afternoon shifts including weekends.

Providing competitive compensation base payrate of $11.00 per hour, plus very generous tips from our #rosettalovers (Company assures a minimum of $5.00 per hour in tips).
30/60/90/180 day evaluation to performance review, (posibility of increase).
Quarterly bonus to Front of the House team, based on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Accrual of 40 hours of vacation time upon completion of 1 year, you begin to accrue time on 1 week, can use accrued time upon completion of 180 days of employment with 2 week notice provided.
