Rural Electric Laborer Airport in Mesa, Arizona
Rural Electric, Airport Division is currently seeking Laborers to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to construction projects in and around the Phoenix metro area. The ability to get along well with others and work as a team or independently is important.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
Maintain Good attendance record; "on time” all the time
Hand excavation for utility location
Trench clean out
Laying out conduit supplies
Load and unload truck and trailers
Job site clean up
Spotter for backhoe
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE:
Must be able to follow directions and work safely
Be able to use basic hand tools and power tools easily such as: circular saw, sawzall, impact drill, cordless drill, etc.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must have reliable transportation; be able to work outside in what are often harsh environments - extreme heat and cold
Should have own basic tools normally used at a construction site
