Required Skills:

Operational excellence: meet client expectations, manage sales priorities and co-own creative prioritization with sales, evaluate briefs and meeting/project requests, connect the best people to the right opportunities, work with cross-functional teams to get ahead of and solve for executional risk, as well as roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty in the work

  9. Responsible to lead bi-annual strategic planning and prioritization with sales and other cross-functional partners, as well as manage work requests in Workfront (project management software) to action against prioritization appropriately

  10. Meet regularly with sales leadership to ensure strong relationships, sharing, and alignment

  11. In partnership with team, lead and socialize strategic plan for how Creative Shop can play in provoking highest priority clients to create the best possible work

  12. Develop a vision for how mobile will transforming the industry by proactively identifying the biggest industry/client challenges and mapping out a learning agenda with the team

  13. Continually inspire our clients with a vision for their brand on Facebook and Instagram, and develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients' business and push the boundaries of Facebook and Instagram

  14. Roll up sleeves to lead projects end-to-end — insights, strategy, concept, executions, pitch, production

  15. Develop big strategies and creative ideas throughout the marketing funnel: everything from a major brand launch, to driving new clients for a subscription based startup, to a full-funnel campaign for the next big tech product

  16. Uncover social insights and use to inform creative development and distribution for maximum relevance and impact

  17. Partner with others on the team to make your and their ideas shine through project-based partnerships and weekly peer-based creative review

  18. Be a thought leader on how social technology is fundamentally changing marketing

  19. Travel to client locations for pitches, collaborative work sessions, and engagements (approximately 30% travel time)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience evaluating and prioritizing projects

  2. Experience mentoring and/or managing

  3. Experience in storytelling, communicating and articulating creative and strategic approaches plus experience in pitching advertising ideas

  4. 7+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising

  5. Portfolio link or examples of campaign work

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years people management experience in creative environment

  2. Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote

  3. Experience with Workfront or other project management software

  4. Experience within travel vertical

  5. Proven experience getting to “the big idea” — developing strategically grounded creative applied in digital and offline mediums
