Facebook Business Applications Manager, Enterprise Operations & Supply Chain in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Facebook’s Business Applications team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise products that run the company. We are currently looking for a strong engineering leader with deep enterprise systems experience to lead our Supply Chain, Asset Management, Billing & Revenue, Financial Planning and Treasury product teams. This person will be responsible for driving changes to improve the productivity of the Finance organization. This position will require outstanding communication skills with the ability to establish relationships with cross-functional teams. This full-time position will be based in our Menlo Park, CA office.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead a team of product managers and engineers

  2. Provide strategic and operational oversight for our Enterprise Operations & Supply Chain systems

  3. Work closely with business leaders to develop short and long-term strategies

  4. Manage business expectations, resolve conflicts, and keep businesses aligned

  5. Execute effectively on 6 month and 1 year road maps

  6. Drive innovation, establish new approaches in improving productivity

  7. Establish a metrics based organization, develop key operational metrics and push for continuous improvement

  8. Ensure system security, data integrity and accuracy of financial record

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply chain or Finance Degree

  2. 7+ years post-collegiate work experience in building enterprise systems and establishing operational processes around systems

  3. 5+ years of experience building systems for IT operations or supply chain environment

  4. 5+ years experience in any ERP or equivalent supply chain system

  5. Experience in implementing customer support & operational tooling for service organizations

  6. Technical experience around analytical tools, methodologies and design, and build vs buy trade-offs

  7. Experience working on data models with hands-on SQL

  8. Experience in customer service & supply chain functions including procurement and demand planning
