About the Job

In this role, the Radiographer will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures at a technical level not requiring supervision of technical detail. Performs technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and innovative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis.

Here is what you'll need

Minimum Required:

  • Associate degree

  • Specific Degree(s): AAS in Radiologic Technology

  • Less than one year of previous job-related experience

Licensure/Certifications

Required:

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)

  • Illinois Emergency Management Agency (https://www.bing.com/work/search?msbd=%257B%2522intent%2522%253A%2522None%2522%252C%2522triggeringMode%2522%253A%2522Explicit%2522%257D&q=Illinois%20Emergency%20Management%20Agency) (IEMA)

  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from American Heart Association ONLY

  • Registered Radiographic Technologist within 6 months of hire
