Job Description:

This role is leads the Fraud Operations team of front line agents. They are responsible for:

  • Fraud Detection for: Cheque, Digital, Credit Card, Debit Card, Credit/Loan Application, Commercial/Corporate, Merchant and Wires

  • Fraud and non-fraud claims

  • Customer Contact Team

  • Customer Escalations/CARES

  • Vendor Management (TCS)

  • Detect and Quality Assurance

  • Administrative Support

  • Employee Engagement

  • Process Excellence

  • Process documentation, controls, project and audit support

Fraud Incident Management: Take ownership in engaging stakeholders and partners when managing new and emerging fraud threats and incidents with associated actions to mitigate fraud

Fraud Business Insights & Analysis: Responsible for Canadian Fraud loss and performance reporting, maintaining and updating Fraud KPI's and scorecards and providing business insights and analysis (i.e. industry benchmarks etc.)

Financial Planning & Decision Support: Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting for Canadian Fraud OPEX, FTE & Fraud Losses while assessing opportunities for investment, efficiency and productivity to drive value

People Leadership: Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, and managing the employee performance while building fraud partner integration as a career path

Strategic Planning & Execution: Key influencer to advise and support the development and execution of Fraud's strategy, investment roadmap, fraud performance metrics and associated customer experience targets
