The Americas Customer Service Finance team is looking for its Site Financial Controller to support our contact center production sites in Philippines. This is an individual contributor position that will own the site financials and will play a key role delivering financial and operational analyses, surfacing opportunities to reduce cost and innovate, manage projects, and help take the site and the Finance Team to the next level.

Key job responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

. Building new/improving existing accounting processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analyses

· Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts (including Kaizen/LEAN reduction efforts)

· Providing analytical support for staffing optimization initiatives

· Sourcing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data; perform ad hoc analyses

· Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives

· Developing monthly/quarterly financial reporting (actual and forecast) and annual budgeting

· Provide fact-based insights into variances and trends

· Educating, communicating, and partnering with local leadership

· Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with internal customers

· Demonstrated work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations

· Financial analysis and financial modeling

· Convince management of right decisions based on proven analysis and clear communications

· Work with functional leaders and other finance functions to build scalable financial processes and metrics

About the team

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering background

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis.

• Finance experience in Manufacturing or Customer Service operations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more of the following: SQL, Visual Basic, Tableau, Python.

• MBA or similar.

• Experience sharing business results with senior leadership.

• Highly analytical and detail oriented. Good interpreting numbers and trends.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Finance experience in Multinational companies, preferable with exposure to Latin American region.

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, fast paced environment, and making important decisions with incomplete information.

• Self motivated and hard worker. Willing to make a difference.
