Role Summary:

Project Management/Planning/Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Act as Project manager responsible for delivery of equipment and the execution team to deliver a successful installation

  • Serve as the focal point managing/scheduling craft labor, sub-contractors, and field engineers to assure successful project completion

  • Support site team to manage the site installation schedule to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones, control risk and enhance project profitability

  • Provide continuous communication and updates to customer concerning status of site implementation activities; resolve issues in a timely manner to assure customer satisfaction

  • Perform and/or manage functions such as ordering materials, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time and expense sheets on a complete and timely basis

  • Interface and communicate effectively with customers, internal functional teams, and leadership

  • Be aware of and always conduct work activities in compliance with BHGE HSE policies

  • Strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction in all transactions and relationships

  • Manage SAP projects for order entry, billing plan, recognition milestones

The actual duties that the person becomes qualified to perform may be expanded in scope and nature based on the on-the-job experiences which are available.


  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation Engineering / MBA / Project management or equivalent knowledge or experience

  • Significant experience in the area of Field Services, with a focus on oil & gas and power generation segments

  • Demonstrated leadership skills—ownership mentality a must

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with dedicated Rotating Equipment Condition Monitoring systems, including Bently Nevada products & solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimum supervision

  • Customer Service Oriented

  • Computer skills--Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project (Or other scheduling tool)

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages is required. Ability to speak other European language considered a merit

  • EU Work Permit
