Assistant planification de rendez-vous H/F

Dans le cadre de son développement, Sedgwick recherche pour son bureau de Lyon un assistant planification de rendez vous H/F.

L’assistant en charge de la prise de RDV au sein des services ASC IN, a pour rôle d’organiser et de planifier le passage des experts auprès des assurés dont les missions d’expertises nous ont été confiées par nos mandants.

Vos missions :

  • Planifier les rendez-vous d’expertise (France entière).

  • Convenir d’une date commune de rendez-vous avec assuré, confrère(s), mandant.

  • Missionner une entreprise d’un réseau partenaire lorsque cela est nécessaire (REN, recherche de fuite…)

  • Envoyer les convocations aux rendez-vous d’expertise

  • Gérer les reports de rendez-vous

Profil:

De niveau Bac à Bac +2, vous possédez idéalement une première expérience dans la planification de rendez-vous. Vous avez le sens du contact, vos premières qualités sont le dynamisme, la curiosité, l'adaptabilité et la rigueur. Vous vous reconnaissez dans cette description, n'hésitez pas à nous rejoindre ! Avantages : 13e mois + RTT+ Mutuelle familiale + Titres Restaurant+ Remboursement de 50% du titre de transport + primes trimestrielles de 600€ bruts maximum + télétravail (3 jours par semaine) + horaires variables (prise de poste entre 8h et 9h30 - départ entre 16h30 et 18h30)
