Assistant administratif H/F

Descriptif du poste :

L'Assistant Administratif a pour rôle de gérer la clôture des dossiers d'expertises confiés par les bureaux SEDGWICK.

A ce titre vos missions seront :

  • Corriger les rapports numériques selon les procédures internes et compagnies (orthographe, syntaxe et applications des instructions compagnies).

  • Saisir les rapports d'expertise sur outil compagnie.

  • Frapper les rapports manuscrits ou audio.

  • Contrôler la complétude du dossier nécessaire à la facturation.

  • Communiquer (via les logiciels internes) les non conformités constatées dans les dossiers aux interlocuteurs concernés le cas échéant.

  • Appliquer les barèmes d'honoraires et saisir les données de facturation sur les logiciels internes (TGI, IMHOTEP, DARVA).

  • Envoyer le rapport avec les pièces jointes selon les procédures internes et compagnies.

  • Contrôler le destinataire suivant les instructions client.

Profil recherché :

Vous avez le sens du contact, vos premières qualités sont le dynamisme, la curiosité, l'adaptabilité et la rigueur.

Salaire fixe : 22 900€ brut / an

Avantages : Carte restaurant, mutuelle familiale, RTT, CE, horaires flexibles , primes trimestrielles pouvant atteindre 1350€ brut
