Description

We are offering a role for a Sr. Customer Service Representative in Louisville, Kentucky. The role focuses on providing support to customers, troubleshooting their issues, and helping them migrate to our platform. This is a contract employment opportunity that necessitates a high degree of multitasking and consistent reliability in handling high volume of calls and web cases.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively respond to inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently and professionally.

• Perform basic troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues.

• Assist customers in migrating to our platform, guiding them through login processes and locating claims.

• Handle support tickets, ensuring all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

• Maintain a reliable and consistent performance in managing high volumes of calls and web cases.

• Ensure a quiet and distraction-free area for handling phone calls, maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Continuously adapt to the multi-tasking nature of the role, handling phone calls and potential transition to web support.

• Use the provided equipment effectively for carrying out daily tasks.

Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment

• Proficiency in managing and responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner

• Solid knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques

• Experience in handling and resolving support tickets effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers

• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues promptly

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently

• Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools

• High level of patience and ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations

• Willingness to continuously improve knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products or services offered by the company.
