Symmons Industries Dedicated Accounts Manager in Los Angeles/Orange County, California

Overview

Symmons Industries, we are seeking a natural self-starter with a passion to be consultative, share knowledge and find solutions. A lways focused on using progressive improvements and create solutions for our customers. TheDedicated Accounts Managerposition will have both strategic and administrative responsibilities to drive sales and conversion of corporate accounts to Symmons by delivering a world class customer experience through sales and technical support. This role is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build a close partnership by collaborating with a select group of corporate and franchise accounts.

  • Drive rapid conversion of each branch from current supplier to Symmons.

  • Proactively hunt, identify, and share potential lead generations with key accounts to drive commercial growth within branch.

  • Conduct product and sales training to increase knowledge of the Symmons product portfolio at each branch.

  • Collaborate with key accounts to get their Branch Leaders and Commercial Sales Consultants trained and setup in all relevant Symmons systems.

  • Liaison between key accounts and the Symmons sales team.

  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer accounts.

  • Manage project status and current product lead time needs.

  • Responsible for continued sales growth of assigned accounts.

  • As required, assist with call center inquiries from key accounts customers and provide technical support.

  • Train Customer Service Representatives on key accounts products, systems, and business interactions.

  • Respond to email, phone and Salesforce inquiries pertaining to product application, warranty, installation, troubleshooting and feature questions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 1 – 3 years Account Management and/or Sales experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Build and maintain strong relationships

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

  • Self-motivated with a relentless drive to succeed

  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM

  • Up to 15% travel may be required including limited overnight stays
