BOULEVARD MARKET CAFÉ
Provides a variety of grab-n-go items, brewed coffee drinks, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, delicious baked goods, freshly made gourmet sandwiches, wraps and salads. Special order menu items from our open kitchen include a variety of pasta dishes, rotisserie chicken, or signature wood-fired pizzas, all made fresh to order.
THE LANDING RESTAURANT
A full breakfast buffet greets our guest upon arrival. Eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, bakery items, fresh fruits and bottomless coffee offerings make up the first, and most important, meal of the day. Our guest will start the day off right whether they choose the buffet or a chef prepared item from our breakfast menu.
CENTURY TAP ROOM
We feature a savor delicious regional cuisine, fine wine, and craft beer in a modern and relaxed atmosphere reflecting Southern California style. Our chefs are dedicated to offering distinctive all-day menu items with the freshest local ingredients and feature our classic Maryland crab cakes, braised beef short ribs, and one of the best burgers in town. In this role you will supervise day-to-day shift activities of one or more food and beverage outlet(s) and ensure all staff are properly trained and certified if applicable and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job function. You will assist in the development and implementation of new menus and local food and beverage marketing programs, and participate in and maintain system-wide food and beverage marketing programs.
Responsibilities include you to achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage outlet(s) while assisting in preparation of the annual operating budget. You will maintain procedures to (1) ensure the security and proper storage of room service inventory and equipment (2) ensure the security of monies, credit and financial transaction, (3) replenish supplies, inventory, uniforms etc. in a timely and efficient manner, and (4) to minimize waste and control costs and participate in taking inventories. You will also make sure all the restaurant equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis. Ensure that all restaurant facilities are cleaned and properly stocked according to anticipated business volumes. You may serve as Manager on Duty and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include some food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations. An a lcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler cards is necessary, as required by local or state government agency. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following: carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, moving about the restaurant, handling food objects, plates, trays, glasses etc, bending, stooping and kneeling.
