Duties and responsibilities related to the Sous Chef – Colleague Restaurant role * *

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop the menu for the colleague restaurant.

  • Assistin creating dishes that cater to thevarioustastes and preferences ofthe colleagues, taking into consideration allergens and dietary requirements.

  • Contribute to the planning and development of diverse and seasonal menus, incorporating feedback fromcolleagues.

  • Maintainoptimalstock levels and minimize shortages of ingredients and supplies through inventory management, while simultaneously overseeing costs to minimize waste andoptimizethe budget.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

Proven experienceinculinary operations,demonstratingstrong leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire a team. Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage trendsand regulatory requirements.
