Summary:

Oculus, Building 8, Camera, and Social VR are some of the organizations that make up what we at Facebook call FB+. It is the goal of these teams to create and ship new, category-defining consumer hardware and software products that are immersive, social, and define our consumer’s daily experiences. Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. This Technical Recruiter will work closely with our managers hiring for product roles to develop strategies to hire candidates within the FB+ organization. We’re seeking a dynamic Recruiter who brings a level of motivation, curiosity and scrappiness to our team.

Required Skills:

  1. Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible

  2. Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our sourcers as needed

  3. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results

  4. Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

  5. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)

  6. Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience

  2. Knowledge of recruiting funnel metrics

  3. Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring

  4. Organizational experience

  5. Experience working in a team-based environment

  6. Experience using Microsoft Suite
