Role and Responsibilities:

  1. As a CSR, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, processing purchase orders, sample requests, claims, and more, ensuring timely responses and addressing customer needs with care and attention.
  2. You'll act as a liaison between customers and various departments, ensuring that all issues and requests are coordinated and resolved efficiently.
  3. Managing daily reports, you'll stay on top of issue statuses and take necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. You'll take ownership of assigned accounts, handling orders, samples, inquiries, and other tasks to uphold our commitment to exceptional service.
  5. Processing orders and sample requests will be among your primary responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Responding to inquiries from customers and internal departments, you'll demonstrate your excellent communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  7. Reviewing and taking action on reports will be part of your daily routine, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
  8. You'll enter new customer data, coordinate orders, samples, and account setup, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer delight.
  9. Adhering to company procedures, you'll uphold our standards of excellence and direction, contributing to our success and growth.
  10. You'll be ready to tackle any additional functions or special projects that arise, embracing the dynamic nature of our business.


Required Qualifications:

  1. A college degree is required (Associates Degree minimum), demonstrating your commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must, with the ability to learn and navigate our AS400 system.
  3. Your ability to recall facts, situational data, and procedural details will be essential in fulfilling your responsibilities.
  4. Occasional travel may be required for training purposes, showcasing your dedication to professional development.
  5. You're reliable, adaptable, and able to handle job stress with professionalism and grace.
  6. Exceptional teamwork, communication, and customer service skills are essential as you interact with colleagues and customers.
  7. Physical requirements are typical of a regular office environment, ensuring your comfort and well-being.
