These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

This position will have responsibility for the management and execution of spares programs within the Submarine EW program area and support of production programs: AN/BLQ-10 Spares delivery orders, Multi-function Modular Mast delivery orders and general deputy program management support to AN/BLQ-10, Multi-function Modular Mast and Type-20/24 Mast production programs. Customers and partners include the PEOSUB PMS435, Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), L3-Harris and Progeny.

• Manage the cost, schedule, and logistics support for spares delivery orders

• Lead the mitigation of risks and exploitation of opportunities

• Direct reporting and presentation to the customer on spares delivery status

• Lead integrated product team rhythm for delivery order internal customers and stakeholders

• Present during Monthly Coordination Meetings and Quarterly Program Reviews, Metrics Reviews, and In-Depth Reviews.

• Lead capture efforts for follow-on sole-source spares proposals AN/BLQ-10 and MMM Supplemental Spares.

• Provide clear and frequent communication to the product line program managers

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills and business acumen

• Strong understanding of program finance and Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Program manager experience; including experience managing program schedules and business rhythms

• Strong customer relationship building skills; including experience presenting to high-level internal and external customers

Desired Skills:

• Experience in written customer communications including email as well as contract letters.

• Experience with production operations

• Experience with the government Wide Area Work Flow sell-off process

• Experience with Submarine EW product areas and customer set

• Experience with Electronic Warfare products

• Experience managing multiple activities concurrently

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $105,000 - $201,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:
