As an IT Technician, you will be a key contributor on projects with support from your coworkers and managers.

This position is responsible for the IT assistance and processes. You will work with the Managment team in all areas of the company and report to the President.

Duties include:
Internal Systems Administration:
Maintain all current hardware/software/tools that are used by Setpoint Systems up to current best practices and version level. This includes but is not limited to:
Internal Server infrastructure, physical and virtual
Backup Systems
Camera systems
VOIP
Wireless
VPN
Firewalls
Computer Workstations and other issued devices
Accounting Software
software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, accounting software).
Perform annual audits of critical systems to assure continued functionality and current Cyber Security
Maintain detailed documentation for all fixes, upgrades and configurations that are performed
Internal Responsibilities:
Responsible for tickets with customers related to PCs, servers, printers, modems, networks, and integration devices
Design Estimate and drive internal IT projects as needed to maintain Setpoint Systems overarching Life Cycle plan ie. Accounting systems, estimating system, job costing, inventory, Cyber Security, etc.
Present annual IT budget for upcoming year to the Senior Management Team
Provides employee training on company-wide systems, hardware and software
Performing in-house configuration, testing and commissioning of installed operator workstations, servers, and software.
Desired Qualifications include:
IT experience and knowledge of related and relevant systems
Analytical and organizational skills
Experience with customer service, training, and responding to tickets
Willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
Preferred Credentials:
experience identifying needs and leading project for upgrades or replacement of IT infostructure
Experience in the construction industry
Job Parameters
On site position - in Littleton, south of Denver. Occasional visits to Colorado Springs office
