The Role

As a RPA Developer, your main responsibilities will be:

• Optimize existing RPA/DPA processes and Power Platform applications for enhanced performance and scalability

• Guide junior developers and share best practices in development and analysis

• Review design solutions of other developers, making sure the most appropriate solution is selected and ensuring efficient use of resources

• Contribute to assessing new automation opportunities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams, to design and deliver automated solutions, facilitating increased business efficiency and optimizing the cost of operations

• Assist colleagues in streamlining their processes by providing subject matter expertise

• Support the analysis of complex cross projects requirements, while capturing, validating, and documenting business requirements and making sure that they are in line with key strategic principles.

The Requirements :

You are the person that we are looking for if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or a related field.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in RPA and/or DPA development (eg UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform).

• Power Platform Environment experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, PowerShell, Python.

• Practical experience in standard process analysis tools, requirements gathering, process mapping, and flow chart diagramming.

• Solid understanding of business challenges and how technical solutions using RPA can support business needs.
