Summary:
Assist guests with incoming phone calls, transfers and inquiries regarding facilities and services for all Golden Entertainment-owned properties in the Laughlin, NV.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Answer and handle all incoming calls to central Laughlin reservations from outside or within the properties
- Maximize department revenue by selling company products to all current and potential guests
- Input required information into the appropriate computer system and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Notify supervisors of all irregularities, customer problems or related area of difficulty
- Authorize to and knowledgeable at administering complimentaries to guests based on established casino criteria
- Maintain the daily abandonment rate
- Maintain a comfortable and pleasant work environment
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
