Assist Executive Steward with all necessary paperwork and controls established by the Avi Resort & Casino dish and equipment handling. Clean, maintain and store equipment. Perform your job in an efficient manner to ensure sanitation and smooth food operations. Able to train other stewards in all areas and follow established setup, breakdown and storage procedures in all kitchens. Maintain kitchen equipment; assist as needed to ensure efficient handling and execution of functions. Ability to move efficiently and work in various stations within the dish rooms and ability to sort, stock and organize equipment. Shifts and days off may vary according to business levels.
