General Summary\ Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Delivers exceptional guest service as defined by the company. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and company policies and procedures.\ \ Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the highest level of guest service while observing responsible beverage service.
- Provide requested beverage cocktail and/or recipe preparation and delivery cordially to guests and/or beverage servers.
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
- Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of work area, bar tops, floors and line equipment.
- Receives, issues and keeps necessary records of liquor and other bar supplies.
- Refills and stocks garnishes and glassware.
- Follows cash handling and Info Genesis POS procedures.
- Follows cash and comp procedures.
- Maintain stocked supplies and cleanliness of assigned outlet.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
