Duties and Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to oversee the operations of our car wash facility. The Car Wash Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of car wash attendants, ensuring fabulous customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering a fab ulous car wash experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the car wash facility, including leading the car wash attendants
Train, mentor, and motivate car wash attendants, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and adhere to established protocols and safety regulations.
Monitor the quality of car wash services to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Maintain inventory levels of car wash supplies, such as cleaning agents, towels, and brushes, and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and resolve any issues in a timely manner .
Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Track and report car wash labor
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a car wash or automotive service industry.
Strong knowledge of car wash techniques, equipment, and cleaning products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems and car wash management software.
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch.
Ability to stand for entire shift.
