This position serves as the front-line supervisor of Treasury Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing daily activities of your staff
- Identifying and coordinating training needs for staff
- Setting work priorities
- Monitoring phones/staffing needs
- Encouraging employee ideas
