Community Horizons is assisting in the recruitment process for a caregiver to assist a wonderful, easy-to-work-for individual in his home. Now is the time to experience what self-directed support is all about. Less stress, no forced shifts, work 1:1 in a calm, stress-free environment. Schedule: 4 pm-5:30 pm and 9 pm- 10 pm Daily Currently hiring for back-up coverage Wage: \$18.35 per hour Responsibilities: Transfers Personal Cares including Bed bath, changing clothes and incontinence products. Meal Preparation Maintaining skin integrity Daily medication injection Cleaning & Dishes Ideal Candidate: Caregiving experience a must. Medication experience including injectables. Female Valid Driver\'s License Reliable vehicle Ability to pass background check. Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
