Job Title: Senior Accountant

Position Overview:

• Finance expert who supports external/internal audit and also perform daily IC controls in HK.

Location: on-site

What you will do:

Open with a strong attention-grabbing summary.

• Ensure AP/AR invoices are posted timely and related approval & supporting documents could be well obtained according to internal control policy.

• Perform credit control in daily base and responsible for the AR aging reports to assist collections Best practices indicate you should begin each bullet with an action verb.

• Accomplish monthly closing in timely & correctly manner, including all finance modules (AP/AP/GL/FA).

• Prepare Bank & IC & AR/AP reconciliation by monthly base and finish monthly reporting package in time.

• Support external /internal audit and yearly tax filing and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting major.

• More than 6 years working experience in AP, AR and GL.

• Familiar with local/IFRS accounting standards and tax requirements.

• Experience with SAP systems and good Microsoft skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, good in English and Mandarin
