Sales Support Administrator
Primarily responsible for providing overall sales administrative support to Sales team including licensing, quotations, CRM, contracts and related matters. Also responsible for supporting team level activities like recurring meetings and enablement.
Principal accountabilities
Work with Contract / legal team on customers - KYCU, KYC, EUU, Credit Check etc and ensure end of quarter reminder to the sales team.
Ensure SFc Opp# are marked as close won after updating info in SFc and checking all necessary documents.
Follow up to ensure all documents (GCF, ORF, EUU, KYCU etc) are signed before COR can be completed, triggering SO to book.
PO reviewed and acknowledged with signature.
Uploading PO in Sfc and follow up with customers.
Train new joiners on the Sales booking process.
Work with technical team on the preparation of training orders
Preparing training completion form, attendance sheet and training certificates.
Submitting the documentation to OM for invoicing.
Assist sales team in vendor registration in customer’s portal
Assist sales team in registering for tenders
Schedule recurring business meetings (such as Sales All Hands, SEA All Hands, Share & Learn, LT meeting etc) and booking of meeting rooms. Own agenda preparation / finding speakers etc.
Drive planning and preparation of presentation decks for Sales Meetings
Take notes on the action points for LT / SKO and follow up with the sales team.
Plan, prepare & help execute SKO (Twice a year)
Maintain group DL email list / Team Channel Chat
Maintain SEA Sales Org Chart and SEA Account Master List.
Assist and follow up with sales team on the potential leads when SE provide us with 2 weeks Innovation Hub Calendar.
Liaise with SE Innovation Hub to schedule AVEVA customer visits.
Track and ensure timely completion of sales enablement by sales team.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Ability to work effectively without close supervision
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexibility to deal with the demands of a dynamic environment
Strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure in meeting deadlines
Flexibility to work additional hours at times of peak workloads (e.g., quarter end)
Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders
Full working knowledge of Microsoft office suite applications (MS Words, Excel, Power Point, Access)
Ability to develop basic understanding of business and strategy to be able to support business meetings
Minimum of 3 years related working experience with the relevant skills.
