Position Summary

As a HR Specialist you will provide exceptional levels of customer service to HR colleagues, Managers and Employees in the form of advice and a variety of services across all aspects of the HR function - Employee Lifecycle, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards Administration…

A Day in the Life of an HR Specialist

  • Manage the HR Administration Optimization: Accountable for the continuous improvement activities, work together with cross-functional team to review and optimize HR processes, improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of the HR activities

  • Create Documentation: Ensure required documentation is always acquired and stored appropriately in a compliant manner for easy access. Production of documentation for employee events such as, pay change, change of job, reporting lines, extension of temporary contracts, leaving the business.

  • Support and Coach Line Managers through Employee Services issues, ensuring that policies and guidelines are adhered to.

  • Coach and support Line Managers with Success Factors processes to build capability and remove complexity

  • Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with & across Nestle MY/SG HR & CoE teams, NBS, and people managers.

  • Provide flawless execution of HR Services (i.e. Payroll, T&E, Pension Compensation etc.)

  • Ensure effective support to Line Managers and HR Business Partners during day-to-day activities, including; Hiring, bonus, promotions, FTE’s (Headcount), hiring, transfers, end of contract, retirement, long term leaves, maternity leaves, etc.

  • Oversee Position Management: Approve position creations and changes in line with our data quality standards

What will make you successful

  • Degree level education or equivalent.

  • Around 5 years of experience working in regional or global business setup

  • Good communication skills, strong customer service orientation, attention to detail and accuracy

  • Capability to handle cross functional/hierarchical relationships

  • At ease with using data and spreadsheets

  • Self-directed in projects, tasks and learning

  • Understanding of human behaviors/diversity and team dynamics
