Position Overview:

At Entravision, a leading advertising, media, commerce, and ad-tech solutions company, we are in search of an Advertising Sales Specialist with a strong background in ad sales to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you are an enthusiastic digital media expert with at least 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record of driving results for brand advertisers, we invite you to be a part of our advertising sales team, with a specific focus on Spotify.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with advertisers and agencies to drive effective advertising campaigns.

  • Actively expand our client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities in the advertising space.

  • Advise advertisers in building and executing effective campaigns, measuring results, and renewing/up-selling to drive revenue growth.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis and make recommendations for performance optimization.

  • Collaborate closely with internal ad operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery with optimization recommendations.

  • Manage payment structures and terms with clients.

  • Stay updated with the evolving digital media landscape and adapt to our ongoing product developments.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies.

  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships.

  • Capacity to manage client relationships and resolve conflicts, driving collective business decisions.

  • Proven track record of translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers.

  • Demonstrated experience in effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.

  • Strong understanding of the digital marketplace and competitive landscape in which we operate.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
