Control of Works and Space Workflow Manager

Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of control of work and space professionals

· Design, implement and maintain policy

· Oversee a permit assurance operation

· Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture

· Maintain accurate records

· Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors

· Deal with enquiries regarding control of work and space

· Deliver training to suppliers and contractors

· Monitor compliance

· Prepare reports

· Participate in audits

· Assist in any other site requests or EHS work

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BEng, etc)

· Health and Safety qualification, Nebosh / IOSH / other

· Risk assessment/Method statement understanding

· Language - fluency in written and spoken English

· Computer literate

· The ability to lead a team

· Broad technical knowledge of facilities management and building systems

· Experience of leading other professionals

· Responsive to customer requests in an empathic, supportive and productive manner

· Experience of working across national borders.

Nice to have:

· Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and construction techniques

· Language - business fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Hebrew would be a bonus.

· Technical drawing skills

· First aid qualification

· Management of Risk qualification
