Kohler Co Manufacturing Cast Iron Operator

Work Mode: Onsite

We are seeking those with sharp minds, strong character, and excellent capabilities to help us live our mission and create the Kohler of tomorrow.

We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations.

What we offer:

  • Starting wage between $23.10 and $26.35/hr., plus shift premiums of $1.50

  • First, second, and third shifts are available

  • $3,000 sign-on bonus

  • Up to 14 paid holidays annually

  • Up to 2 weeks of paid vacation in your first year

  • Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes

  • Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures

  • Reliable attendance and work performance

  • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
