The content of your job will be

• Supports equipment manager by taking part in different projects

• Provides technical guidance for development, design and construction of equipment in collaboration with suppliers (project technical lead)

• Follows all project management rules, relevant norms, directives and EHS requirements

• Supports development of other engineers in the team

• In collaboration with training organization coordinates training of manufacturing colleagues for newly developed equipment

• Supports platform ownership process and its activities

• Supports standardization of new equipment and continuous improvement of current equipment

• Actively participates in department activities and tasks

Competencies we are looking for

• Overall work experience: 4+ years in engineering area

(in global environment due to daily communication in English, dealing with different cultures, working across time zones)

• Experience with development, design and construction of equipment

• Experience with procuring and installing new equipment

• Knowledgeable about new technologies and innovative consumer trends

• Ability to read/understand technical drawings (AutoCAD, 3D models)

• Ability to understand and specify equipment documentation

• Understanding of safety and ergonomic requirements

• Knowledge of quality and lean tools is an advantage

• Technical Secondary School or Degree at Technical University

• Microsoft Office bundle at user level
