Robert Half Accountemps Accounting Clerk in Kitchener, Ontario
Accountemps is currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk to assist one of our clients on a temporary basis with a backlog of work. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for;
- Completing appropriate remittances and reconciliations
- Keep records of staff vacation, lieu time, and personal time off accruals
- Managing full cycle accounts payable, including processing of cheques, reviewing expense reports, reviewing invoices for payment and office petty cash disbursements and reconciliations
- Other administrative and ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role. They must be organized, possess excellent attention to detail and have excellent communication skills. They must be proficient in MS Office Suite. Previous experience working with QuickBooks is an asset. If you are interested please apply today!
