Aerotek Painter in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Description:

MUST HAVES:

  • Live 20 miles from King of Prussia

  • Painting and wall patching experience

  • Drywall finishing and repair

  • Performs restoration work for commercial sites that have been effected by mold, water, fire, and smoke damage.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-quality painting and wall patching work in accordance with project specifications.

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.

  • Select and mix paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.

  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of painting tools and equipment.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or preferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a residential/commercial painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

  • Proficient in various painting techniques, including faux finishes and textures.

  • Solid knowledge of color theory and paint mixing.

  • Ability to accurately estimate material and time requirements for projects.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship and finishing skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Comfortable working in both residential and commercial environments.

  • Job tasks are typically performed independently, with a small team with limited supervision.

  • Will report directly to the job site, and will work in excess of 50 hours per week.

  • Must be open to on-call work during major disasters such as hurricanes, floods, etc.
