Senske Lawn and Tree Care, LLC Route Building Sales Representative in Kennewick, Washington
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to potential customers at their homes working alongside our route technicians. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Wage Range: $16.28 - $30 per hour (hourly base plus commissions) Hourly base wage: $16.28 - $18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Knock on doors and engage with potential customers around where our technicians are servicing customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Introduce and explain our products/services, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Address any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
- Close sales deals and process customers accurately.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, including leads generated, sales closed, and customer feedback.

Must Haves:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection.
- Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
