Introduction:

As a ServiceNow Catalog Manager, you will be part of the IT Enablement Office within the GlobalFoundries IT organization. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving the Service Catalog. This includes ensuring consistent, current, and accurate data for all IT Services and assures broad and timely communication regarding the contents of the service catalog to the enterprise.

Your Job :

  • As a ServiceNow Catalog Manager, you will be part of the IT Enablement Office within the GlobalFoundries IT organization. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving the Service Catalog. This includes ensuring consistent, current, and accurate data for all IT Services and assures broad and timely communication regarding the contents of the service catalog to the enterprise.

  • Creation of new service catalog entries and maintenance of existing catalog data

  • Continuous improvement of the Service Catalog structure and tooling

  • Aligning with Service Owners for the creation of new and the updating of existing Service Descriptions and Service Catalog Data

  • Continuous improvement of the service descriptions, including annual reviews of the Service Descriptions and Service Catalog Data

  • Working with Service Management teams to support the utilization of Service Catalog data within the Service Management Platform and CMDB

  • Functioning as a SME by advocating, communicating, and training on Service Catalog topics throughout the enterprise

  • Supporting other service portfolio management activities as needed

    Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field

  • Bachelor's with 8-11 Years or masters. with 6-8 years

  • 6+ years' experience in Service Management or similar positions.

  • 6+ years' experience in Enterprise IT Service Organization.

  • Deep understanding of IT Service Management and Operations; ITIL Certification or similar accreditation

  • User Design or Human Factors Engineering Experience

  • Effective Communicator

  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Self-starter who can work well independently or in a collaborative team environment.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • ServiceNow certification is a plus

  • Able to cope with pressure.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Knowledge of CMDB implementations
