Introduction:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT Enablement Office within the GlobalFoundries IT organization. Your role will encompass designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing ServiceNow capabilities to evolve the platform that supports IT and the business.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT Enablement Office within the GlobalFoundries IT organization. Your role will encompass designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing ServiceNow capabilities to evolve the platform that supports IT and the business.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver new capabilities; help to establish timelines, specifications, and budget.
Create new ServiceNow procedures and workflows.
Create unique service portal pages and widgets to aid the business organization.
Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition.
Contribute to training collateral development.
Determine problem areas within our current framework and recommend solutions.
Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation
Oversee development of the ServiceNow solution in accordance with industry best practices to ensure system compliance.
Create thorough and organized test plans.
Required Qualifications : (Please add specific and measurable qualifications, if not applicable, delete.)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field
Bachelor's with 4-6 Years or masters. with 2-5 years
2+ years of working with ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM service catalog
Demonstrated expertise in at least 2 ServiceNow modules
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Self-starter who can work well independently or in a collaborative team environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications: (Please list any skills or attributes you prefer that are not experienced or physical (e.g., Masters in Electrical Engineering)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
Able to cope with pressure.
Strong business acumen.
Knowledge of CMDB implementations
Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
