Job Description:
The candidate needs to have around 3 -5 years of CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization/Polishing ) process experience.
Able to understand the process flow of CMP.
Needs to work in the customer production line to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Work with customer, sales and marketing personnel to develop and replicate high impact applications for CMP solution.
Identify the best 3M solution for an application by thoroughly understanding the customer need, testing and analyzing results. Communicate results to customers through written reports and presentations.
Provide launch support for new product programs by generating supporting documentation, demonstration tools, videos and training materials.
Define and communicate product performance to customer specifications.
Build a deep understanding of customer needs and competition in assigned market focused areas and provide “voice of customer”, new product ideas and competitive analysis.
