Responsible for managing the immediate and medium-term production schedule for assigned

Production Units in the DePuy manufacturing plant of J&J Medical (Suzhou) Ltd. /负责强生苏州工厂

短期、中长期的生产计划；

▪ Fulfilling and tracking production program, to ensure the work in the production line (work orders).

React to deviations to the production plan. 对生产计划跟踪，反应，并确保物料按时交付。

▪ Support creation of Master Production Schedule and agree and execute Schedule at code level with

business partners (Manufacturing, Procurement and Engineering). /支持物料主数据的建立，保证生

产工单的执行

▪ Plan must achieve Plant targets for Customer Service, Inventory, Schedule Attainment and Lead Time

by control and management of Work in Progress (WIP). /跟踪管理生产过程以确保达成工厂主要指

标-客户服务水平、库存、计划达成率、交付周期。

▪ Ensure that all Quality and EHS requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities

defined in the Company’s Safety Statement when procuring Stock items. /保证物料采购过程符合相

关规范，如质量、EHS 等。

▪ Other job assigned by direct supervisor. /完成经理、主管指派的其它任务

Qualifications

▪ Minimum 2 years experienced in a workshop planning function /至少 2 年相关计划经验

▪ Planning in manufacturing /生产计划经验

▪ Good English /英语流利

▪ SAP experience is a big / SAP 经验优先

▪ Familiar with MRP, MPS etc. /熟悉ＭＲＰ，ＭＰＳ等

▪ Understands the principles of a supply chain /熟悉理解供应链知识
