Chaya LLC Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Jefferson City, Missouri
[Sawaddee Thai Cuisine is an authentic Thai restaurant in Jefferson City, Missouri and we are looking to hire Thai Specialty Cooks to help us ensure the highest quality of Thai food is served.
[Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:]{new="" roman="" times=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}
Cook authentic Thai dishes according to our recipes, using knowledge and understanding of Thai cooking;
Prepare a variety of types of authentic Thai pastes, marinating sauces, and dipping sauce for specialty dishes;
Ensure the quality of raw and cooked food products;
Decide how to present food in the authentic Thai aesthetic, and create decorative food displays;
Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices;
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and
Check stock levels and order supplies.
