Description We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the manufacturing industry based in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate credit records, and resolving any inquiries related to customer credit. This role also involves monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect overdue payments.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing customer credit applications in an accurate and timely manner

• Maintaining precise records of customer credit

• Resolving customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and initiating action for the collection of delinquent payments

• Reconciling account discrepancies

• Handling accounts receivable duties, including billing and cash applications

• Managing cash collections and commercial collections

• Utilizing various software for tasks, including Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, Dynamics GP, and MS Dynamics AX Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with billing procedures

• Knowledge of cash applications and cash collection processes

• Experience in commercial collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle

• Familiarity with QuickBooks

• Knowledge of SAP

• Experience with Dynamics GP

• Proficiency in MS Dynamics AX

• Previous experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures

• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
