Position: Machine Operator

Pay: Starting at $21 up to $22.50

Shifts: All shifts available (see below)

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Must have prior work history with experience preparing machine setups, monitoring activity, properly adjusting machine settings and basic troubleshooting.

• Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to lift up to 33 lbs., consistently go up and down stairs and use a full range of motion, bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, grabbing and grasping

• Knowledge of quality systems and standards.

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.

• Ability to safely follow all work instructions and standards.

• Demonstrated history of good attendance.

• Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment

Typical Responsibilities:

• Operate high-pressure die cast machine that produces engine blocks and transmission components.

• Performs machine setups within established standards and make necessary adjustments as required.

• Follow all quality standards and ensure checks are completed.

• Performs and/or assists with preventive, minor, and major maintenance functions on production machinery.

• Ensure TPM duties are completed daily (inspecting, cleaning, basic upkeep of machines).

Available Shifts:

• M-TH Shift , Consisting of a 4 day work week, working 10 hours per day on night shift, scheduled off Fri, Sat and Sun.

• Weekend shift , Consisting of a 3 day work week, working 12 hour shifts, Fri, Sat & Sun, on night shift, scheduled off M-TH.
