SNP Transformations, Inc. SAP Transformation Consulting Manager in Irving, Texas
SNP Transformations, Inc. seeks an SAP Transformation Consulting Manager to develop transformative blueprints within System Analysis Program (SAP). Develop technical and functional deliverables for SAP transformational projects to ensure business objectives are met. Propose improvements of internal tools, create specifications of functionality improvements, and create test scenarios. Perform quality oversight on project- and team-related associated deliverables. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Social Science, or related field, and 2 years of experience applying data transformation to deliver successful business outcomes both through system upgrades, merges and carves. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience leading large complex data migration projects and creating data migration concepts, including extraction rules, mapping rules, data validation and reconciliation, and cutover planning; 2 years of experience designing, installing, and managing SAP projects in SD, HCM, GTS, Business Partners and S/4HANA with a distinct focus on software enabled SAP Data Migration and Transformation projects; 2 years of experience with SAP HCM, SD, and GTS Transformation Projects; 2 years of experience with business creation; 2 years of experience managing concurrent customer projects; and 2 years of experience with presale activities. Up to 30% domestic travel is required. Employer will permit telecommuting from various, unanticipated locations in the United States.
