Buffalo Creek Landfill has an immediate opening for a Landfill Laborer for our landfill in Iowa Park, Texas.

This position will work at our fast-paced landfill and will be responsible for operating safely and promoting a safety conscious attitude with fellow employees and customers. Position hours are generally M-F 7am-5pm with occasional weekends (overtime).

Responsibilities Include:

General site cleanup/picking litter.

Complete daily tasks.

Picking up bags of litter at the end of day.

Help with temps getting started for the day.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of work experience.

The ability to stand outside throughout an 8 hr shift.

The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Ability and willing to work in all weather conditions

Experience operating equipment is a plus
