We are looking for a proactive Bilingual Spanish Call Center Specialist to join our team based in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for offering top-notch customer service through various channels, assisting in making payments, promoting self-service tools, and maintaining call center metrics. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, tickets, and chat

• Open and manage trouble tickets for specific customer issues

• Clearly and concisely explain product options and related charges to customers

• Efficiently navigate through customer service systems and tools, including CRM application

• Solve routine or standard problems using existing procedures; receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others as needed

• Maintain quality scores and call center metrics as per guidelines

• Promote self-service tools such as IVR and Web

• Keep customers informed of promotions and/or new or upgraded products

• Provide quotes for rates and encourage customers to utilize prepay options

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.in

Requirements

• Proven ability in data entry tasks

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Proficiency in email correspondence

• Experience in providing customer quotes

• Knowledge of the payments industry, particularly in a corporate setting

• Previous experience in a call center environment is beneficial

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in using computer software and applications

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
